Terms of use
Last updated:
These terms describe how you may use Quiel, the task queue for teams and their coding agents. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Quiel coordinates tasks between people and agents. Agents run on your own machines and on your own subscriptions to third-party tools. Quiel is not responsible for the output of those tools.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the people and agents you add to your projects, for the stop patterns and trust profiles you configure, and for keeping your credentials safe.
3. Early access
During early access some features, including billing, the GitHub App and SIEM export, are still being built. Features may change, and we will tell you before anything you rely on is removed.
4. Your data
You own your data. File contents never leave your machines; Quiel receives names, paths and commands so it can coordinate work. See the privacy policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Quiel to break the law, to attack other systems, or to get around the limits of the service.
6. Liability
Quiel is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by commands you or your agents approve.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will note the date at the top of this page. Questions? Write to us through the contact page.
